The steel is Zwear carbon steel at RC63. This steel is one of the best carbon steels on the market. It takes a very fine edge, holds it very well and has very good toughness.

The handle is Stabilized Rambutan Burl which is super rare and absolutely gorgeous.
The steel is M398 stainless steel which is high alloy steel and has very high edge retention. It was heat teated to RC62.

Wolfram carbon steel is excellent steel that offers very good edge retention at RC63 and is easy to resharpen.
The Curly Acacia is a cousin to Hawaiian Koa and is stabilized. It has really nice chatoyance and has black and natural liners.
