The handle is is amazing stabilized Walnut Burl

The steel is W2 carbon steel at RC61. This steel is unique in that you can create hamon. (The lighter shade you see on the spine) It takes a very fine edge, holds it very well and has very good toughness.
The reverse side
The guard is OD green canvas micarta. It’s super light and nimble. This is going to be a great all around hunting knife.

Santoku 11.5” OAL and the Eurochef 12.75” OAL.
The Santoku handle is Stabilized Curly Narra and the Eurochef has stabilized Amboyna burl both of which are super rare and absolutely gorgeous.
The steel is Magnacut stainless steel for both which is high alloy steel and has very high edge retention. They are heat teated to RC62.
Both handles are stabilized
These have some of the rarest and most beautiful wood I’ve come across.
Both have brown micarta and white G10 liners.
